Culinary Design and Fixture. (CDF) was founded in 1979 and is located in Henderson, Nevada with an office in Scottsdale, Arizona as well as international offices in Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore. CDF is the leader in food service facility design and construction services for owners, architects and design/building contractors specializing in the hotel/casino industry.

Due to the nature and high use demand of the hotel/casino clients, CDF projects range from 600 square feet fast food outlets to 60,000 square feet warehouse and bulk preparation facilities, including in-house bakeries, staff dining rooms, display restaurants, bars, fast food outlets, buffets and related support operations. A recent survey indicates that well over 500,000 meals per day are now being served in new or remodeled hotel/casino facilities designed and/or constructed by CDF.

CDF has been fortunate to work on a repeat basis for clients who are leaders in the hotel/casino industry to develop new projects and redevelop existing facilities in riverboat gaming, Indian gaming, major Nevada gaming centers, as well as international gaming centers around the world.
